Standard Tariff & Minimum Booking
Periods
The tariff for the suite is
$176.00/night
(GST inclusive), for a booking of at least two nights. A premium
of
$20.00 applies for a single
night booking. Tariff includes supply of the provisions for
continental
breakfast
each morning.
Minimum booking periods may apply for weekends and statutory holiday
periods.

Deposit
A booking is
considered as firm upon
receipt of 50% of the total accommodation
cost or one (1)
night's tariff, whichever is the greater. This
may be remitted by
direct payment into Cedar Croft bank account, by debit of guest's VISA
or MasterCard account or by cheque or money
order
receipt within three days of making the booking. The balance is
due upon arrival.
Change of booking
Subject
to availability and receipt of request no later than two (2)
weeks before booked arrival date, a booking may be changed to other
dates. A revised booking fee of $20 would apply.
Cancellation
Provided
client's notice of cancellation is received no less than two
(2) weeks before intended arrival date, the deposit will be refunded,
less a cancellation fee of $20.00. Cancellation within two (2) weeks of
intended arrival date
will incur a payment of 50% of the accommodation cost or one (1)
night's tariff, whichever is the greater.
