When driving south, leave the Peninsula Freeway into highway C787 and follow signs for Red Hill and Flinders.  White Hill Road terminates at Arthurs Seat Road.  Turn left and travel 2 1/2km, to access Cedar Croft through trees at left side of road, 100 metres beyond Mechanics Road and 350 metres before Red Hill Road/Shoreham Road junction.
If arriving from the car/passenger ferry at Sorrento, follow the road alongside Port Phillip Bay, through Rosebud and Rye to Dromana.  Just beyond the Dromana Pier (and traffic signals), turn right into Kangarong Road and continue to 'T' junction.  Turn left into Boundary Road and again continue to 'T' junction, where a right turn takes you into White Hill Road.

Wine
The scenery is a year-round delight for touring in a car, horse-riding or walks.  It can be relied upon to present a fresh, colourful and rejuvenating experience.  In Spring, the cherry, apple and other fruit trees provide a beautiful vista on the hillsides and in Summer, the vineyards display the coming harvest of grapes. Restaurants and cafes, including Linden Tree, The Long Table and Red Hill Bakery, are walking distance within Red Hill village, as are all the usual services such as post office, medical centre, supermarket, etc.
A number of the nearby wineries, including Red Hill Estate (Max's), Tuck's Ridge, T'Gallant, Stillwater at Crittenden, Paringa Estate and Montalto, serve lunch weekdays and dinner at weekends, in stunning surroundings.  Other options for nearby dining out include La Petanque, The Pig & Whistle, Salix and Arthurs (at Arthurs Seat).
Continuing the culinary theme; the area has Red Hill Cheese, Red Hill Cherry Farm, Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm and a variety of other olive, berry and fruit producers that are regularly open.
The Peninsula has over 170 vineyards and about 60 winery/cellar door operations, offering tastings and sale of award-winning wines and, of course, cafes and restaurants.  Red Hill Brewery has a cafe to enjoy with its boutique ales.

Winery tours are offered, in limousines, coaches or on horseback.

For those seeking physical activity, there is hill cycling, walks, golf, tennis and the Bays for beach, swimming, surfing, diving, fishing, wind-surfing and sailing.  Relax at Red Hill Spa or Peninsula Hot Springs, after the exercise.
